Dick Palmer

Familiarity with Vermont properties which are very successful as well as those which have experienced some difficulty, gives him the perspective to be able to maximize profit centers as well as pinpoint trouble spots. Through his knowledge and experience, he can provide clients with the information and guidance necessary for success.

Dick's vision of providing service above and beyond the ordinary to both buyers and sellers is the framework upon which our company rests.

Diane Palmer

(yes, Dick's wife) is a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Vermont who has attained the MAI designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute. She has broad experience in the appraisal of hospitality properties throughout the state, from large hotels to restaurants to smaller B&B's. She is also a licensed Vermont Real Estate Broker.

She is responsible for computer systems, developing property brochures and does most of the financial analysis associated with the properties the company has listed.

She is most likely to answer the telephone when you call and can usually find Dick when he is out of the office. She has a BA from Wheaton College with a major in English.
